Bow Tree is a residential community of 334 homes located in East Goshen Township in Chester County, Pennsylvania.

Situated on 260 acres, the neighborhood boasts three ponds; award-winning schools of the West Chester Area School District; and nearby walking trails including 55-acre East Goshen Park and playground.

Bow Tree is located about 12 minutes from the Borough of West Chester, PA featuring restaurants, shops, festivals, and community events.
